Job Title - 2. Junior Partner

Functional Responsibility - Extensive experience with large systems modernization, business practice re-engineering, and advising executives on IT direction.

Minimum General Experience - Eight (8)+ years related experience

Minimum Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline

Job Title – 3. Account Manager II

Functional Responsibility - Provides expertise and leadership skills for development and integration of complex information technology systems. Ability to define and recommend solutions for major business problems across multiple information technology platforms. Provides supervisory, technical, and administrative direction to staff.

Minimum General Experience - Five (5)+ years related experience

Project Management

Plans, coordinates, and manages all aspects of complex information technology projects. Prepares and presents status on project schedules, project costs, project deliverables, project risks, and risk containment strategies. Assists in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated project teams.

Database Planning and Design

Provides technical expertise for the production of detailed database designs and design documentation, including data models and data flow diagrams. Evaluates and configures DBMS products to match user requirements with system capabilities. Determines file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for system databases. Plans/coordinates conversion and migration of existing (or legacy) databases.

Functional Responsibility - Proven proficiency in architecting and managing database solutions and/or administration of database systems. Provides highly technical expertise in the use of DBMS.

Minimum General Experience - Three (3)+ years related experience

Job Title – 10. Data Modeler

Functional Responsibility - Expertise in the translation of business objects and rules into relational representations on the database.

Software and Database Programming

Codes and tests software based upon software specifications and designs. Uses sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant. Provides software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.

Job Title – 11. Technical Director

Functional Responsibility - Establishes system information requirements and advises executives on IT strategy. Designs architecture to include software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements. Provides supervision and direction to other analysts and developers.

Business and Systems Analyst

Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architecture to develop system requirements specifications. Aids system development through assessment or preparation of system management plans.

Job Title – 16. Business Analyst

Functional Responsibility - Analyzes requirements using modern tools and techniques. Gathers information from users, defines work problems, develops and applies organization wide standards for information systems procedures. As appropriate, performs transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and performance measurement techniques.

Artist

Specialization in graphic arts. Expertise in vector graphics and bitmap graphic programs, multimedia, clipart, and graphic programs. Able to convert vector file formats to bitmap file formats. Familiarity with Internet browsers, HTML, and document scanning processes.

Job Title – 17. Graphic Artist III

Functional Responsibility - Independent of supervision conceptualizes client’s ideas to create graphics, artwork and layout for all types of systems including Internet and intranet systems. Demonstrated expertise in computer-generated graphic arts. May manage work and production of other graphic artists.

Minimum General Experience - Five (5)+ years related experience

Minimum Education - Associate’s degree or completion of a technical school program in a related area or equivalent experience.

Job Title – 18. Graphic Artist II

Functional Responsibility - Skillful use of computer-generated graphic arts. Expertise in the creation of graphics, artwork and layout for all types of systems including Internet and intranet systems.

Job Title – 19. Graphic Artist I

Functional Responsibility - With supervision supports the creation of graphics, artwork and layout for all types of documentation and systems including Internet and intranet systems.

Minimum Education - Associate’s degree or completion of a technical school program in a related area or equivalent experience

Technical Writer

Prepares technical documentation such as user’s and operations guides, and training materials associated to the project. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Title – 20. Senior Technical Writer/Editor

Functional Responsibility - Proven expertise creating, writing and editing a variety of documents and/or on-line help for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to absorb and synthesize large quantities of technical information provided by programmer/analysts. Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.

Minimum General Experience - Three (3)+ years related experience

Minimum Education - Bachelor’s degree in English, Liberal Arts, or related discipline or equivalent experience

Job Title – 21. Technical Writer/Editor

Functional Responsibility - Using technical material prepared by programmer/analysts, writes and edits documentation as required. With supervision develops, writes and edits technical documentation, manuals, and on-line help. Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.

Minimum General Experience - One (1)+ years related experience

Minimum Education - Bachelor’s degree in English, Liberal Arts, or related discipline or equivalent experience

Administrative

Performs data entry activities directly related to the project work. May also help with documentation tasks, filing, telephone supports, etc.

Job Title – 22. Documentation Specialist

Functional Responsibility - Using technical material prepared by programmer/analysts, prepares documentation as required. Performs routine data entry, proofreads entered material and corrects errors.

Minimum General Experience - One (1)+ years related experience

Minimum Education - High School diploma or GED
